The Republic of San Marino for the civil aviation field standardizes itself to the JAR (Joint Aviation Requirements) and I.C.A.O. (International Civil Aviation Organization).
The law 73 of 21^st June 2002 establishes the Register of Civil Aircrafts in San Marino and the settlement of the Civil Aviation Authority.
The opportunities offered by the Register of Civil Aircrafts have already aroused interest among the qualified magazines of the sector and many aircrafts’ owners.
One of the most noteworthy peculiarity is the possibility to register private aircrafts with the Corporate formula or to apply the Fractional Ownership.
