| THE SAN MARINO REGISTER OF CIVILIAN AIRCRAFTS
The Republic of San Marino, in civil aviation, abides by the laws JAR (Joint Aviation Requirements) and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization). The law 73 of 21 June 2002 set up the Aeronautical Register in San Marino and the establishment of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA-SMR). The opportunities offered by the Aeronautical Register have already affected the specialized magazines and many owners of aircraft. One characteristic worthy of evidence is the opportunity to register private aircraft, corporate or apply the Fractional Ownership*.
Aircraft registered in San Marino may be driven by a simple validation office (without exams) of any PPL or superior (JAA, FAA, ICAO, etc.).
Our professionalism, coupled with the ready help with administrative formalities by the Authority for Civil Aviation, will allow you, in a very short time, to register your new aircraft (or register it again if second hand) with the T7 brands. We are at your disposal to give you any information about the law in force in San Marino on the matter and to advise the best solution for your needs.
